The Committee on Agrarian Policy and Land Relations recommends that the Parliament should adopt as a basis the bill on amendments to article 3 of the Law “On State Support of Agriculture in Ukraine” (re targeted regulation)

The bill (Reg. No.1085) suggests excluding from the current law several provisions re targeted regulation.

During the discussion it was stated that it is necessary to adopt the bill, as the current Law “On State Support of Agriculture in Ukraine” contains provisions that do not correspond to recently adopted legislative acts on prices and pricing in terms of terminology, authorities in state price controls, responsibility for law violation.
